Their leadership will help guide us as Durham strives to be one of the best sports destination hubs in the country.”
Alongside these new appointments, the DSC has several board members taking on new roles. Stallings will serve as Board chair as Dr. Ingrid Wicker McCree steps into the immediate past chair role. Additionally, Ryan Craig was appointed vice chair and Jonathon Leach will serve as secretary/treasurer.
“It is a tremendous privilege to serve as Chair of the Durham Sports Commission,” said Stallings. “As we move into Season 10 of this incredible organization, I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by my predecessors, including Dan Hill and Dr. Wicker McCree. Together, we will continue advancing the mission of the Commission, deepening our impact on sports and community engagement in Durham and beyond.”
